Create public-facing roadmap for the language guide #1291

Create a one year roadmap to show milestones for each language and its relationship to wit-bindgen (bindings generators for languages that compile to Wasm and utilize the component model). For example, Rust, Go, JS/TS, Python, C#.

Had a meeting topic about this roadmap idea and because there are external moving parts we are not able to promise.

In the meantime, checking in at the Spin Language Support Overview and also the WebAssembly Language Support Matrix will be the best bet to get the latest information (on an ongoing basis).
