Same, I replaced them find:

find . -type f -name '*.md' -exec sed -i 's|https://fermyon.github.io/rust-docs/spin/main/spin_sdk/|https://docs.rs/spin-sdk/latest/spin_sdk/|g' {} +

So at least we know there was no human error :robot:
