[x] Implement images/visualizations for the top three or two highlighted cards on SUH page
[x] Turn top three highlighted cards on the SUH page into a new previewModal when user clicks on them
[x] Incorporate "Deploy This" button into the top two/three highlighted cards of the Spin Up Hub Page

But if getting it working in preview is going to be a faff then never mind, I can try it locally!

It would also be good to probably re organize the structure and file names into specific folders. We also probably want to move away from the "preview" in the URL when the cards are expanded. A structure we could end up using could be something along the lines of /hub/templates/http-rust and then just going to /hub/templates could just automatically filter based on just the templates (this part could be a future change).
