Redis trigger support on Fermyon Cloud #37

It really isn't clear from the docs how one can publish a spin app with redis triggers. I can in dev but it seems a deployed fermyon platform cant? The docs need clarity - a lot of time being spent working out what works and whats in flight

@chokosabe, sorry to hear about your experience. We will revisit how to make the Redis trigger limitation more visible in our developer docs (cc @tpmccallum ). In the meantime, I recommend visiting this documentation on Spin limitations on Fermyon Cloud to see what is and is not support on Fermyon Cloud. If there's anything we can do to help with a workaround or alternate in the meantime, please reach out in the Cloud channel on Discord and we're more than happy to help.
