feat(quick-start): add quickstart scenario

• Adds a Quick-Start scenario

Docs need improving, but hoping for early eyes from @michelleN @adamreese and anyone else!

A bit more context and component breakdown:

• AWS resources deployed via Terraform:
  • 1 ec2 instance
  • 1 elastic ip (survives instance reboots, created ahead of time so we know how to construct the service domain names w/ sslip.io)
  • vpc, gateway, network, security group, etc specific to this instance (Update: see https://github.com/fermyon/nomad-aws-demo/pull/2 for a simplification in this area)
  • security group opens ports 22 (ssh), and 80/443 (reach bindle, hippo and all other Traefik-served apps)
  • TBD on if we wish to open http api ports for nomad, consul, vault optional allow inbound http for nomad and consul
  • ssh keypair
• user-data.sh script that the ec2 instance will run at startup
  • downloads Nomad and Fermyon Platform binaries
  • runs ./run_servers.sh which...
• is yanked and modified from https://github.com/fermyon-local-demo
  • it could be good to go through the required changes with @adamreese; would be awesome if the bulk of the changes could go into fermyon-local-demo and then this could just clone the repo and run it
  • the biggest change is the updated Traefik config, but we could come up with a strategy to have this repo use a certain config if fermyon-local-demo continues to use a different one
