slug.set() was not working as expected, so when expanding children, it would duplicate the base path (/base/path/base/path). Luckily, we can just use SlugGenerator.init() to circumvent this.
#enrichApiPackageChild was not recursive, so nested subpackages are ommitted if specified in the layout config.
