Merging GUI

Changes in existing code have been made to enable plotting using only the out structure.

Will be merged as soon as the following problems are solved:

• launching the interface opens the UI on my second screen
• "Preview" option in electrodes does not update the 3D plots
• use smaller logos for header
• references have been updated
