Solved, modfied how theta function was generated

I was experiencing this error after modifying the theta generating function. By making the heart rate standard deviation greater than 1 bpm (i.e 2 or 3) solved it. This makes sense for me, since the hrv is actually a "smoother" and inverted version of the $\omega$.
