Sped up music and dialog #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading games that have audio streaming.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the music and dialog to play at its normal speed. Chipmunk music and dialog.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
R273, Wii

Please provide any additional information below.
Games I've played that are affected are,
BMX XXX
Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2

Cut-scene dialog in BMX XXX starts mid sentence in R275 or a or two word ahead 
in R274.

this was fixed in 275 btw.

The speed was fixed but now when you get a cutscene in BMX XXX the dialog 
starts mid sentence instead of starting from the beginning.
