regarding commands:
There are none regarding buddies. (issue#13 requested /follow and /unfollow,
though)
regarding Lists/searches:
Lists are currently not supported, see issue#241
regarding "add buddies" using a twitter account:
IMHO this does not much - at least it does not work in any expected way. So I
would not do this.
Does this answer your questions?

So adding buddies is a feature without any (working) function?
I thought there was a function behind this feature, searched in the source
updates and found:
r265:
buddy type, @buddy txt added
r268:
1) Added buddy statuses, for those added by user (Add a buddy through pidgin,
buddy status will be updated)
2) Added ims to and from buddy (needs refactoring)

If by "adding buddy" means "following twitter user", then right now mbpurple
can't do that. Unless thher is some misterious patch being merged in.

sumeru,
the commits you mentioned are both from the "friends-buddylist" branch. I think
that might have been a test in that direction, but it's not part of the current
trunk.

In Pidgin is the option via Menu "Buddys" -> "add Buddy", select "TwitterIM" to
add some kind of "buddys" to the mbpurple account in pidgin. I simply wanted to
know the meaning of adding a "buddy" this way. I hoped that the quoted commits
might help describing/discovering the features - if there were any.
Sorry for misleading. My mother tongue is German so my English might not be as
well.

sumeru,
that's exactly my point: You can add buddies via Menu "Buddys" -> "add Buddy",
select "TwitterIM", but nothing will happen (Well, obviously something will
happen, but nothing good will come out of it.) I am unsure if the feature to
add buddies can be disabled for microblog-purple - but I doubt it, since it is
an essential way of how libpurple works.
