Create JMeter test plan for service discovery

Create a test plan with JMeter to test the service discovery:

• Start four cells
• Disable CellServiceListener
• Enable CellServiceListener
• Request to http://:1040/test (Cell1)
  • Should not find any instance of the service and start it locally
• Request to http://:1041/test (Cell2)
  • Should discover the service running in the Cell1 and redirect there
• Request to http://:1060/test
  • Should serve the service directly
• Stop the four cells
