CSS/JS link tags are incorrect when redmine is deployed at sub-url #15

It seems that "stylesheet_link_tag" and "javascript_include_tag" are not correct in "view_layouts_base_html_head" when redmine is deployed at sub-url (e.g. http://exemple.net/redmine/projects/theproject)

Just to let everyone know that I've tried the patch provided in http://www.redmine.org/issues/3935 with a fresh redmine 1.0.1 bitnami stack with success.

Good news, E. Davis just fixed the Redmine bug #3935 and the fix will be part of the 1.0.2 release.
