No support for Steam version #24

Open Steam version of Forged Alliance.
Install Sorian AI mod. 
Try to start a multiplayer game of any kind (e.g. skirmish)
A dialog box shows "connecting" until the abort dialog is clicked. It's not 
possible to play the game.

I'd really like to get this working, so please let me know if there's anything 
I can do to help with this. I'm new to FA mods but I'm an experienced developer 
so I can probably contribute to this.

I would want to use Sorian AI with my Steam version of Supreme Commander Gold. 
The game just stuck at connecting in multiplayer. Would appreciate that a fix 
can be issued to resolve this issue.

Im still getting this from the lobby mod, can it be the no cd thing that messes 
it up or?

The newest update is only for the Steam version of the game. I cannot guarantee 
comparability when using a no-cd patch.
