Yes, I have seen those type of galleries before (and use the Microsoft one from time to time). I agree it would be handy to have something like that in the tool itself. Perhaps being able to search by text too (sometimes it takes me forever to find an icon I know it should exist).
There are a few obstacles though:
- The icons you see depend on the version of office you have. I would prefer if you could switch between versions as well
- Even having a single version of those icons would mean lots of embedded resources in the tool. Not sure if there is a straight source somewhere where I can pick them easily, or if it is would end up being a fairly manual process (in which case I probably won't do it :sweat_smile:)
I'll see what I can do, but you might need to keep using the external spreadsheets / websites like this one for a while (a link to that is in the help menu of the tool).

In my Excel add-in I have a Gallery of the imageMso images that I can click and a macro that puts the control.id in the clipboard so that I can paste it into the XML
Makes it easier than trying to look up the built in image, but if it were built into the editor, it'd be even easier
