client side code in it's own package #4

ProcessorConfig and ProcessorId are part of the client side code they should implement some interface the user has to adhere to but should eventually be external as the what it does will depend on what the user is using lmax for.

The same thing applies for some of the processors like the business processor, unmarshaller and marshaller

Done, these are now in com.thecrunchycorner.lmax.example under test not source
