Finish Up Structure Tab #18

Finish up the structure tab by adding the checkboxes for fields:

Unsigned
Zerofill
Binary
Allow Null

The Extra field should be a drop down with:

None
auto_increment
on update CURRENT_TIMESTAMP

The bottom bar is needed for both the top Table and bottom table. Each should have:

plus "+"
minus "-"
refresh

The top bar should have a duplicate button to duplicate selected row and last row.
