Thanks for the report. It's not clear to me why this is not working and I haven't had time to investigate yet. Let me know if you learn anything!

It seems that Last.fm removed artist images from their API. https://www.reddit.com/r/lastfm/comments/bjwcqh/api_announcement_lastfm_support_community/

Does someone want to send a PR that changes the site to use the Spotify Web API to get artist images instead? https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/
