viewSheet - Add a bouton to cast Spell when not in a combat

Warning :

• may be find a way to prevent from doing it if a combat is currently active.
• in that case it must be managed through the combat action window

Not really useful, this feature is replaced by just :

• Ues the Sheet Edit Light - Window and update MP from it
• it will log on the TokenLog if it exist
• PJ can add a comment in a prompt window

Macro modified :

• [x] updateCombatProactive : add logging to tokenLog (done using flag 1 in addComabtLogEntry if action = firstCast)
• [x] updateMP : add logging to tokenLog + dialog box to grab a comment from the player (because it is used outside a combat)
