Observer and Observable are used with generic types
get_base_path() does not need SDL anymore, the solution may only work on windows, but this will be no problem because we wont develop cross platform.
1 issue appeared which has nothing to do with the pr; the exe cant find the main method. I created a workaround to use wmain() instead of main(). If someone knows how to fix this, I would like to know.
