Support for loading plugins from several customizable directories, not
using include_path.

This is actually supported right now, in some way. You need to add your plugin
directory into include path.

This is probably an security issue if I manage to prepend my own directory to 
your
include_path (ini_set/.htacess/...). Then my script gets loaded instead of the 
plugin.

Should definitely be checked.
