main use case: swapping between 2h and swordnboard on warrior

One idea that I've been kicking around is something like snapshotting. However, we can keep things more simple: buttons that, when it, rummage through bags and pick the highest ilvl soulbound item of the right type. We can optimize that later.

Shouldn't be soulbound but "not bind-on-equip".
