mage mana gem button #37

Open question is whether/how to combine it with existing consume buttons.

The wow question is whether a /use series will skip over items that exist and are usable except for cooldown. If they are skipped then we can fold the gems into the mana potion db.

The same logic should apply to healthstones.

bc1b5f842a81f596f8a7f2712d1048c5bbe73d35 added healthstones and mana gems to the potion buttons, but that feels a bit wrong since there's actually decision making on which to use. for instance, in a long fight it would be better to use a potion first to get its cooldown started before using a gem. they need to be separate buttons. moreover, we have bandages as well as a separate bug #40. might be good to have a separate consume action page, but then we run into cooldown display problems.
