use spell ids in actions to avoid texture and known issues #38

Texture issue is correlated with specifying a rank in the spell name. This doesn't do anything about unknown spells though.

By using spell names without ranks, we're getting automagical upgrades to higher ranks when they're learned. We'll have to deal with this manually.

Closing this for now since we're just hiding buttons for spells we don't know yet.
