Adds slides on Iterators.

LGTM, I especially liked the build up to the last slide.

Left a speaker's note, but merging that is not blocking.

The note goes in where you suggest it ... and so it went in after the title and made the entire slide into a note! I have now moved it.

Fantastic - when I tried to add it to the last line that was just a ```, it would enter an empty suggestion!
