move very important enums into error-handling

@listochkin had asked for this to be moved around after a training

• exposed way too much complexity to beginners
• needed to also handwave away generics

I also like the pacing of the error-handling.md slides more like this.

Moved a bit of content around so I'm asking for both Jonathan and Andrei to review.
