Add parameter --scholar_start #30

--scholar_start is used to choose the starting page from witch start the search on scholar

Hello. My pull request #28 solves a similar problem. But I didn't add a new option.

Yes thank you, it was exactly it. The changes and fixes are now available with version 1.1.0
