Calendar View Widget - enabling supported features

The dhtmlx calendar widget supports the following views, but only some of them 
have been enabled in Bungeni  ---

1- Views - Day, Week, Month, Year, and Agenda-- All these views are required.
2- Multiple Resource View, timeline view -- Both these views are required.
3- Integration with googlemaps -- This requires location information for a 
sitting. Currently this is not recorded.
4- Easy navigation with mini calendar -- This should be enabled.
5- Custom tooltips - We dont use this presently. Not clear how or where a 
tooltip can be set. Needs to be looked into.
6-  Data import / export -- basically we want iCal (added separate issue for 
that)
