Spectator - Xbox Controller Support #694

As the title says, adding the option for players to use their Xbox controller to control the spectator camera (mainly free cam). Players should bind their Bulldozer controls and then use those to control the cam - so that there isn't a fixed control scheme.

I second this. The f3 spectator script is way better than the new 3den one, exept the latter support xbox controller.

They've added a separate "camera" controls section to the game control scheme options, maybe this can be re-purposed for spectator? AFAIK current F3 spectator is hardcoded.
