ferusgfx: a new hardware accelerated renderer for Ferus #14

As you all probably know, Ferus already is hardware accelerated with boxy but its rendering API cannot scale well. I won't be contributing to Ferus for a few days to work on a separate web renderer similar to Servo's WebRender.
