Update mysql or remove it #288

The mysql package on chocolatey has been long ignored. It should either be updated and maintained, or removed.

To see if there is anyone in the community (yourself included) who is interested in helping to maintain this package?

@tek0011 I have moved the package to my repo. A new (v8.0) version is pushed to Chocolatey.
