Download missing #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Since we don't use maven in our company we need a way to download the jar 
files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Files in the "Downloads" section of the Google code project

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Trying to use the latest version on Windows/Java

You can download it from http://search.maven.org/
For example jar of 0.14 version is available from 
http://search.maven.org/remotecontent?filepath=com/google/code/geocoder-java/geo
coder-java/0.14/geocoder-java-0.14.jar
