Selection in the Code Preview pane circumvents the element-related button enabling control #1149

When some code section in the Code Preview pane is selected this changes the element selection in the work area simultaneously but misses to update the enabling of buttons, menu items etc. accordingly, such that actions may get available that shouldn't be with the current selection, and vice versa.
