Support multi-monitor setup #224

It would be nice to configure not only the border the cursor leaves/enters the other computer but be able to select the edge on which monitor. This would allow setups that look like this:

Currently it is possible to enter green via both red and blue. This can be annoying.

will close this as a duplicate of #182. Feature is definitely planned to be implemented eventually :)
