Updates for task 4 for SOFE #19

Started making some initial updates, think we should include either .JPEG of what XDMFFiles should look like or better, GIFs for how the transients evolve. This might be needed as we will be advising everyone to use codespaces for the workshop, but the files wont be accessible.

Only tiny addition would be to ensure the y axis on this gif remains with it's minimum at zero
