Demo on surface kinetics

Once 1.3 is released, we should consider adding a demo to the surface kinetics model.

Doesn't have to be a full validation case but maybe a dummy example

I suggested earlier a case of the H desorption under an impulse heat load (ns-duration maybe), so we could plot a temporal evolution of the surface concentration that hasn't equilibrated yet.

Alternatively, we could make a model that just includes several processes on a surface (absorption from the gas phase, recombination, other desorption processes).

@KulaginVladimir we have a FESTIM workshop early August, do you think we could add one of the validation cases instead and later replace it with the full impulse heat load example?
