Demo: soret effect

Thanks to recent additions, we now have a robust implementation of the Soret effect.

We should have a demo on this.

@KulaginVladimir do you have any idea of a simple example off the top of your head?

Maybe, a simple implantation simulation (possibly, a steady-state case) with a constant temperature gradient? We could perform 2 simulations with/without Soret to show that it might play a role (see fig. 5 here).
