Following the implementation of the Pick & Sonnenberg surface model by @KulaginVladimir in #791 it would be nice to have a steady state version of it.
The equilibration time for this model is typically short. Therefore it would be interesting to derive the equivalent model at steady state and work out the resulting Dirichlet BC value.
This would allow users to have a simpler (more performant?) Pick & Sonnenberg model for transient sims.
