This is the paper @ehodille mentioned in the meeting https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jnucmat.2021.152947 At a first glance it seems like 2 extrinsic and 1 intrisic trap.

This uses the multi-level occupancy trapping. So can't model this with FESTIM1

But you do not need the multi-level trapping to simulate it I think. The value of detrapping energies presented here could be used as single traps and it can help to set up the FESTIM parameters before optimization (if you do one).
