How to integrate my build voice with festival #18

I have already build some indic tts models using festvox, I want to integrate them into festival so that i can play the utterance from command line. Like: festival '(SayText "नमस्कार आपका स्वागत है.")'.

In the voice build directory in bin/synthfile you can run as a command like to generate speech with your voice. I you look at this shell script you can see the base program text2wave that does this and how you can get it to load your voice before you synthesize
