The rundecks we are using for testing are not currently part of the repo. Would it be acceptable to add them?

These rundecks will be required for testing (see #8).

I believe the answer is yes and they should live under templates/. (I noticed some other 'template' rundecks there.)

No, these are for auto-generating rundecks. For specific runs, either commit them somewhere else or even in a different repo.
