Observed Behavior

Hello. I have the same problem. I just wanted to install the ASI Chrome extension after reinstalling Windows 11 and I keep getting the error message "key ring is not loading or not empty". Before, everything worked fine. I reinstalled the plug-in and it still doesn't work. I can neither create a new wallet nor integrate an existing one. It works via the Android app.

same issue. I gave up last month figuring it would be solved by now. No joy. tired every suggestion found.

Greetings and thank you for the detailed report. This is a known issue which sporadically pops up. It's not yet clear what the root cause of it is but the wallet team is diligently working to resolve it. As a temporary solution consider using either the Leap wallet or as you've already tried a mobile version of the wallet. Additionally consider exploring browsers such as Mozilla.
