refactor dns name values
increment chart version
increase storage claim size for subquery db stateful-set
remove un-necessary development environment variable START_BLOCK from docker-compose.yml (use docker-compose.override.yml instead)
set project.yaml (defaults) to point to testnet (dorado-1)
