Acceptance Criteria

API consumers can query for IBC transfers between two accounts. This means that a user should be able to perform the following searches:

Transfers made to a specified account
Transfers made from a specified account
Transfers made to or from a specified account

In addition the following filters should be able to queries above

Filter by denom
Filter by block height
- In a specified range
- Greater than value
- Less than value
Filter timestamp
- In a specified range
- Greater than value
- Less than value
