Hi Christian,

Here no new code around 'scheduleManager', so same as my last PR. But the merge with 'UTC times' was complex (for me). Probably for you too. This PR contains all things tested on my htpc. Last commit 6c3862e about EPG allows me to close the PR i made for XBMC repos: I make stuff here instead.
