Update to correctly match MythTV priorities #142

Hi Christian,

Since BigYesh change, it includes update of struct cmyth_proginfo. Also i amended BigYesh commit.

Recording rules are not impacted: proginfo priorities are calculated from rule priority (range -99/+99) and others stuff. See BigYesh comments.
