I had a look into the save you pointed to and was able to sign it successfully with the save displaying properly in the games menu but upon loading the save the game crashes. I tried a couple other saves provided on the site you linked and all other saves I tried loaded and worked fine so I can only assume the save you're after is genuinely corrupt/malformed
If you'd like to try for yourself, you can sign the save using XSavSig and the configuration below (if you don't know how to use XSavSig see here)

The datelinfo.xbx is specific to the ActionReplay software (GameShark had something similar), it was a way for users uploading their saves to attach a description, their username, contact info., etc. that could be viewed in the software when transferring the save to a memory card - it has nothing to do with the save data and can be safely deleted
TitleImage.xbx and SaveImage.xbx are the main game icon and individual save icons displayed in the MS dashboard memory view/list with the TitleMeta.xbx holding the title name of the game and SaveMeta.xbx holding the name of an individual save (most *Meta.xbx files are standard text files and can be viewed in a text editor, excluding ContentMeta.xbx files)
Hopefully this information helps but there's nothing I can do about the specific save file you're after
Huh, interesting it's truly corrupted then. Generally GameFAQs won't save those. If it isn't DatelInfo.xbx from converting, I'm not sure what would cause it to corrupt during the conversion then.
Thanks for looking into it.
I'm trying to figure out how to do this, so apologies if this is a dumb question.
I'm trying to resign/un"corrupted file" an Action Replay Save from GameFAQs for Breakdown: (ID=4E4D0009)
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/xbox/583052-breakdown/saves
The one by "dantedevil4." I get a file with the following: SaveImage.xbx, TitleImage.xbx, TitleMeta.xbx (the save file icon and save file information for the Dashboards). There's a directory within that /0F1B11F2D588/ which contains: data.sav (the save file), datelinfo.xbx (Action Replay information for resigning, I would wager?), SaveMeta.xbx (more Save Data for Breakdown?)
Removing datelinfo.xbx does not make the save recognizable in-game. It's corrupted.
So, I'm wanting to use the resigner to try to resign it, thinking it might need this to be recognized if I can't remove the datelinfo.xbx file.
The question(s) are: Is it possible to resign the old Action Replay for X-box save data that is on GameFAQs?
If yes, what is the process for going about doing that?
