Adding indexer_batch_size for deployment #3

Hello! @bgodlin @fewensa

I use your CLI to deploy SubQuery projects and this solution makes my job easier, thanks 😊.

But I need to specify the batch size for deployment and this PR adds that. Please check it and comment, I am not a rust developer and if I did something wrong - please tell me.
