IPFS support. #6

Hello! 👋 Was planned some updates for support IPFS deployment type for SubQuery? They have already switched default way of deployment to IPFS, looks like such feature will help to support and develop that CLI.

Hi @stepanLav , thanks for your choose this tool, if you deploy subql using IPFS, I think you have better way of support by Subquery.
