Update league table #14

Some league are outdated. E.g. the German 430 league shows the "Bundesliga" from the year 2016/2017. But the new "Bundeliga" 2017/2018 started this weekend. This would be leage 452.

You can update yourself through config file, until I get time to do an update on it
