Add name of track for id274 #3

Flying through the Dravanian Forelands, I was puzzled seeing a track named "Heavensward safezone music 2".

I thus went through Spotify and the Community Spreadsheet to make sure that I didn't do anything wrong. Both agree that this track is called "Safety in Numbers". In accordance with Shelter, the other safezone track in Heavensward, I moved the description of the track to the second column.
